Mac Shilohs calls rural Central New York home. We live on several acres
our boys romp and play on and call home. We have no kennels as our Shilohs are family
members and live as such with us in the house. We are dedicated to promoting the wonderful qualities of
the Shiloh Shepherd breed while also promoting in-depth health and temperament testing. We are actively involved with Shilohs
via our registry, breed club and internet presence.
We are not an active breeding kennel at this time.
We have NO puppies nor any plans for them at this juncture in time. However, we would be more than happy
to answer any questions or help direct you to those breeders we know that do have litters
planned or on the ground.

Our journey into Shilohs officially began in 2002 but really was the culmination
of a decades old mystery. It all goes back to "THE" dog I had as a child and my
search ever since then to find another like him in looks, intelligence and
temperament. When I happened upon the Shiloh Shepherd it began a journey
that, although didn't solve my mystery, has definitely healed old wounds and started
a new chapter in my life. It didn't take long for the family to become enamored
with Shilohs and although I started this journey, it is now a passion we share. From
health and nutrition to training to showing, our Shilohs have brought us closer
together and given us the gift of so many wonderful friends who also share what we like to call "the Shiloh Shepherd
addiction."

Bringing a Shiloh
Shepherd into your life is a journey which can only truly be understood by those
who have taken it. We cannot imagine our lives without them but it is a journey
which should not be entered into lightly. Shiloh Shepherds, as wonderful as they
are, like all breeds of dogs have concerns you need to educate yourself about before
bringing a puppy home. The best thing you can do for yourself is to find a breeder [and contract]
you feel comfortable with and be as open and honest about your wants and needs as
you possibly can. Remember this is a living creature you are brining into your life
and with it comes the responsibility, and joys, of owning a rare breed dog. Not a single day goes by that I don't give thanks and appreciation for having the joy of them in our lives.
