About Punxsutawney, PA

For many years there has been a BIG Shiloh Shepherd show in this area. In 2004 the AK-9s hosted a NKC Shiloh Shepherd Specialty, with NSBR and TSSR specialties included, just outside of downtown Punxy.

Punxsutawney is nestled in the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania and home of the world-famous weather forecasting groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil who resides in Gobbler's Knob.

Around town there are 30 Phantastic Phils public art sculptures to see, we had a fondness for the one in a kilt, imagine that.
